These two are great friends. They love to swim, drive pink cars, dress up, tea parties, nap times, stories at library, zoo adventures and much more to come.
Asher and Amy
"Everywhere in nature we are taught the lessons of patience and waiting. We want things a long time before we get them, and the fact that we wanted them a long time makes them all the more precious when they come." Joseph F. Smith

Zebra Feather
We have the best neighbors ever! I found a feather in the front lawn and added it to our neighbors mailbox. He has a collection started. He already had one and the girls loved looking at that feather. I was so happy to surprise him. I saw him couple of days later and asked him about the striped feather. He had originally found it and put it on our mailbox but it came off during the storms and that is when I found it. So funny. The girls love this feather a lot. They called it a zebra feather because it looks like stripes on a zebra.
Saturday at Grandma's
Some pictures of the girls at grandma and grandpa's house.
1-2 Lilia trying on Aunt Annie's shoes
3-5 Crown of ribbons
6 Lilia and Elayna with her "lapstick"
7+8 Two pictures with grandma.
I need to make crowns for the girls. We got the matching dresses a week or so ago and the girls wear them all the time. They love the sparkle. The only problem is the dresses are hand wash only. :(

Slumber Party
Slumber Party in Mommy and Daddy's room! They were so excited. The girls got to watch a movie-Tinker Bell and eat popcorn. They fell asleep okay. What makes me smile is that they started out away from each other and ended up close. When they end up by our bed at night on the floor this is what happens.
Friends
We had some friends over to play. We had a great time. Lilia and Elayna were ready for nap. They were tired.
Sunshine in my Soul
There is Sunshine in my Soul Today
1. There is sunshine in my soul today, More glorious and bright Than glows in any earthly sky, For Jesus is my light.
[Chorus] Oh, there's sunshine, blessed sunshine When the peaceful happy moments roll. When Jesus shows his smiling face, There is sunshine in the soul.
2. There is music in my soul today, A carol to my King, And Jesus listening can hear The songs I cannot sing.
3. There is springtime in my soul today, For when the Lord is near, The dove of peace sings in my heart, The flow'rs of grace appear.
4. There is gladness in my soul today, And hope and praise and love, For blessings which he gives me now, For joys "laid up" above.
Text: Eliza E. Hewitt, 1851–1920 Music: John R. Sweney, 1837–1899 Isaiah 60:19 Psalm 16:9, 11
We were outside and this was the view. Beautiful! There was awesome blues, greens and yellows.

Ice Pops and Swim Suits
Thing 1: The girls love their ice pops. They are so messy that we eat them outside or in the bath tub.
Thing 2: "Mommy can we swim?" Lilia "Nope, too cold outside." Mommy
So we combined the two things on a sunny day. Ice pops and swim suits. They had a great time. Got very sticky and dirty. I was tempted to hose them off but instead gave them a shower. Lilia poses for the camera and Elayna will not look my direction!
**Marisol had a great time as well eating all ice pops Elayna kept dropping. She was on a sugar high for awhile.

Doggie Sitting: Francesca
Lilia doggie sat this week for Aunt Annie. Francesca was a great doggie. Lilia held her most of the time. Let her walk around. We let Marisol and Francesca meet. At first Marisol was pushy but Francesca pushed back in the end and we loved it. Thanks Aunt Annie we loved having Francesca!
Climbing Books
Story time was great and playing outside with friends was even better.
I forgot my library card so had to go to the car. Lilia scrapped her knee and was pretty tough considering I was not there. It looks bad but just a surface scrape. They played kick ball. Blew bubbles and ran around. We tried to get a picture with all three girls on the books. Next time we will catch our friend. Weather was beautiful for being outside.

Card Game with Grandma
Lilia enjoys playing games. Grandma teaches her little by little how to play the game. Eventually she will know all the rules.
