Happy Father's Day! (Daddy Day)

I helped the girls with a survey about daddy. We took some pictures before church. The girls love silly pictures and so does daddy! We love you daddy!

Lilia's Second Teeth Cleaning

Lilia decided eventually that she would get her teeth cleaned. I sat in the chair and she laid on her side on me.  I think the purple Dora toothbrush did the trick. Becky was very patient and all compliments. No cavities and teeth look good. She got the pink zebra polisher and cherry flavor polish.  Great job Lilia we are very proud of you!

Elayna's First Teeth Cleaning

Lilia decided to be grouchy and not cooperate and get her teeth cleaned. Becky switched gears and asked if Elayna wanted to sit in the chair.
Elayna decided she wanted to do it. She sat in my lap and laid back. She had pink zebra polishing brush and bubble gum flavor polish. She opened and shut her mouth around the suction tube. She did a great job while Becky flossed her teeth. Yeah! She picked the pink Dora toothbrush. She did a great job! She loved the glove balloon the dentist gave her.

Lilia: Touch a Truck

Lilia and her friend had a great time playing. Waiting in line was not easy. She did a great job staying close and I could tell the crowd was too big for her. She got the idea of Touch a Truck by the end.

Our Garden

Our garden is growing great. Our neighbors took care of it while we were gone. I picked green beans tonight. Need to harvest some basil next. Can't wait for the tomatoes and zucchini! This is my fourth year and I am getting better. Watering the garden is still my downfall.

Elayna: Touch a Truck

We changed plans today and meet a friend at the Touch a Truck event. It was a nice day and crowded at the park. Saw a lot of friends from church and community. Elayna did not get lost and stayed close. I was a little worried about her wandering.

My Dad

My Dad passed away tonight. I am going to miss him so much. I know he is with loved ones. I am sure his mom came to get him. He is running and free from his crippled and failing body.
